Dieses schnelle und einfache Rezept für Paprika-Hähnchen mit Reis ist das perfekte Feierabendgericht für einen geschäftigen Wochentag! Ingredients
- 500g Hähnchenbrust
- 1 große Paprika
- 1 Zwiebel
- 2 Knoblauchzehen
- 200ml Sahne

Basmati Reis Khoushe Darbari | Extra Langkorn | Duftender Spitzenreis | 10 kg

- Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack
Directions
- Hähnchenbrust in Würfel schneiden, Paprika entkernen und ebenfalls würfeln. Zwiebel und Knoblauch fein hacken.
- In einer großen Pfanne das Öl erhitzen und die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch glasig anbraten.
- Die Hähnchenwürfel hinzufügen und 5-7 Minuten braten, bis sie goldbraun sind.
- Paprika dazugeben und alles gut vermischen, dann die Sahne hinzufügen und kurz aufkochen lassen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
- In der Zwischenzeit den Reis nach Packungsanweisung zubereiten.
- Das Hähnchen-Paprika-Gemisch über den Reis servieren.
